Duncan To Make Election Announcement



Tuesday (May 16) at 12:15 p.m., front of City Hall, Duncan to speak to Topekans

Spencer Duncan – native Topekan and business owner – will make a special announcement regarding upcoming City Elections at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, on the sidewalk near the entrance of City Hall.

At conclusion of the announcement, Duncan will be available for questions from citizens and the media. Duncan will also make available additional information and launch a website – - as the announcement is made.

Spencer is a native Topekan whose passion for the City runs deep. He has lived in Topeka most of his life and dedicated his working career to helping businesses develop and communities improve. Spencer is President/Owner of Capitol Connection, serving as Executive Director of the Kansas Pest Control Association and Executive Director of the Kansas Organization of Recyclers. In those roles, he helps businesses, non-profits, education institutions, cities and counties. He is especially proud of his work with small businesses and non-profits, helping them navigate challenges and prosper. Spencer has also been a licensed Private Detective since 2012.

An active member of the community, Spencer is two-term President of Topeka West Rotary and currently serves as a member of the Kansas Expocentre Advisory Board and Topeka Performing Arts Centers Board of Trustees.
