City Council Special Meeting
This is a special meeting of the Topeka Governing Body, as it conducts strategic planning workshops and workgroups. This is an open meeting, the public is welcome to attend.

Special Community Meeting
This is a community meeting in North Topeka to discuss the issue of homelessness that the City is dealing with. While the meeting is being hosted by Councilmember Christina Valdivia-Alcala, Spencer plans to attend as this issue is citywide.
We must put policies in place to address this issue, help those in need and reduce the camping and blight that is across our city.
