Spencer Submits Objection to Evergy Rate Increase

Spencer submitted an objection to the Kansas Corporation Commission regarding Evergy's request for a rate increase. Spencer continues to fight to keep costs down for all Topekans, as he voted against water rate increases, continues to push for property tax reduction and understands now is not the time for an increase in electric rates.
