Spencer Announces Community Involvement Action Based Initiative

City policies and priorities need developed from the bottom up, not dictated from top down. That can only happen when citizens are involved in the process. Spencer believes citizen input is a key to solving our problems and strengthening our community. Part of this effort means developing Advisory groups that report directly to the Mayor and Task Forces that can make policy recommendations.
